Beginner Level class is where we mix elements of Parkour into natural human movements. This class level is where the foundation of not only Parkour, but how we learn to move confidently and swiftly. This class level we go over safety elements of proper landings/rolling, basics of vaulting, wall running and jumping precision.

Enroll in this class if:

You have been through an Intro Level of Project Freerun class.
You are just getting started with Parkour, Freerun or other like-minded sports.
