From the roots of the first practitioners in Parkour, the philosophy of the sport has been to be strong to be useful. At Project Freerun, we encapsulate the same mentality that rose so many great athletes from humble beginnings to gaining such mastery over movement through a scaled, progressive training curriculum realized through repetition of foundation movements.

We find the best way to progress through Parkour, is to not get hurt in the first place. Consistency is a key element of all classes from our introduction - all the way to our Advanced level classes. All students not only get a full grasp on every element of a skill before moving on, but learn to obtain an almost perfectly consistent execution.
