This is a beginner level class designed to introduce students ages 6-12 to Parkour and Freerun. Skills developed will give them the foundation to practice Parkour effectively, safely and progressively. The basics of Parkour go over landing technique and rolling, vaulting, wall runs and balance. These will be worked over a variety of obstacles and areas through and outside of the YMCA facility to develop a well rounded athlete.
