At this stage of classes the student should have a firm grasp on the basics of Parkour - proper technique in vaulting, precision and a good baseline strength. Intermediate Level is where we start to form cohesive lines with Parkour skills and developing "flow", or how efficiently the athlete can move skill to skill with limited loss of power and grace. The level class is also where we start to introduce acro skills, or flips. Developing spatial awareness with acro will help bring base level skills into new light and open new worlds of possibilities. 

Enroll in this class if: 

You have graduated the beginner level course.
You have extensive (1 Year +) in Parkour, Freerunning or like-minded sport.
